Resources Highlight: Black Voices in BadgerLink Resources

Racism is systemic and structural. As Wisconsin State Superintendent Carolyn Stanford Taylor stated, “The Department of Public Instruction stands with the students, families, educators, districts, schools, and other organizations to denounce racism, violence against Black people, discrimination, and exclusion of all forms.”

The BadgerLink team is committing to elevate the voices of historically marginalized people on a quarterly basis through Badger Bulletin, as well as implement regularly scheduled guest posts to share more diverse perspectives from our BadgerLink user community. We will also work with the BadgerLink Advisory Group to develop a sustainable way to integrate even more resources that center the voices of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) into our existing collection in future years. We encourage you to contact us at any time to share feedback and ideas on BadgerLink.
