To access LearningExpress Library from home, start at https://badgerlink.dpi.wi.gov/login. Once you are logged in with your Wisconsin zip code, school login, or Wisconsin public library card barcode number, register for an account in LearningExpress Library's College Admissions Test Preparation Center.

This account will let you stop in the middle of practice tests so you can return later, and will save all the articles you have downloaded in one place so you know what you have viewed and what you haven’t yet.
